All deliveries provide full tracking, allowing you to track your parcel’s full journey. Please allow an additional working day for collection from the island.

Returns
You may return or notify to return items within 30 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or refund. Returned items must in original condition with tags attached.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the UK, we do not include VAT and currently ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- Any import duties, VAT, or handling fees are payable by the customer on arrival.
