We take great care in sending your order directly from the Isle of Harris, Scotland; using trusted providers that allow us to deliver reliably.

UK Orders
Under 5kg - Royal Mail Tracked 24
Over 5kg - Parcelforce 48

International Orders
Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (Parcelforce Global Economy/Priority may also be used depending on destination).

Full tracking provided, allowing you to track your parcel’s full journey. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for collection from the island.

Returns
You may return or notify to return items within 30 days of receiving your order for either an exchange or refund. Returned items must in original condition with tags attached.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the UK, we do not include VAT and currently ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

• Any import duties, VAT, or handling fees are payable by the customer on arrival.
• *This does not apply to USA – All duties/tariffs for USA will be paid at checkout.
