Shipping policy

We take great care in sending your order directly from the Isle of Harris, Scotland, using trusted carriers with full tracking on every parcel.

UK Orders Under 5kg – Royal Mail Tracked 24 Over 5kg – Parcelforce 48

International Orders Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (Parcelforce may also be used depending on destination and weight).

Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch, plus an additional 1–2 days for collection from the island.

Returns You may return or notify to return items within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders to the USA and selected EU countries (including Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and others) have import taxes collected at checkout; you should not be charged again on delivery. All other international destinations are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) - duties and taxes will be paid by the recipient before arrival.
